We have been extremely cautious during this pandemic, delayed opening up the dining area til the July 2021 and have tried our utmost to migate the spread of the virus and we want to continue being safe going forward.
After much consideration and monitoring the government's guidelines we are taking the following measures:
We know during these colder months it is challenging to keep indoors warm, but with the threat of this new variant, it has meant increasing ventilation. The window vents will be opened which will increase the airflow inside. Together with the Air sanifier provided by AirForLife we have tried to make it as safe as we can for our diners and team. For more information on the air sanifier please click here.
We will be removing a number of tables to increase space between tables..
We are offering non-contact service where you can order and pay online and we have food runners ready to bring your order to you.
For 'non contact' Please call us when you arrive in our carpark.
For 'non contact'. We will leave your food as arranged and ring your doorbell 3 times. We will wait at a safe distance for you to answer your door.
Keeping our Customers & Team safe
We have implemented extra measures to help protect you and our team during this pandemic.
There have been some changes in the way we conduct our business, but our priority is making sure we are looking out for you and our team.
We would once again like to assure you that we have strict hygiene rules in place for all members of staff to prevent the spread of the virus. To help create a safe experience for everyone, we have enhanced our high standard of cleanliness even further and introduced a number of additional measures and changes to our restaurant.
In addition to deep cleaning our restaurant, we are cleaning equipment and surfaces more frequently. In order to help practise social distancing, we have fewer people working to provide a safer environment, so please bear with us during peak times such as on Friday and Saturday evenings. We thank you in advance for your patience.
We have also installed additional screens and reconfigured the reception area, to facilitate pickups with social distancing.
We offer an online 'non-contact service' - a 'curbside drop-off', where a runner will bring food to your car.
We also offer a 'non-contact delivery' service, which covers most of Milton Keynes.
Located by our entrance and counters you will find contact free hand sanitising stations and the QR code for the NHS track and trace.
With the information about the virus evolving on a day to day basis, we will keep you informed of any changes that will affect how we operate.
