- We kindly ask you excerise Social Distancing where possible.
Can I have a hard copy menu?
Sorry, Only digital menus for now, with supplier issues, our menu change frequently and by doing this digitally we have a 'LIVE' menu with available dishes and drinks. Also this means our customers do not need to share menus - as part of the migation of the spread of the virus. If your device cannot load our menu, we have restaurant tablets with our menu preloaded should you require them.
How do I order or ask for assistance?
There is a QR code on your table and you can order via the app or if you wish to order in person then our team are happy to assist and take orders at your table if required.
Do I have to pay as I order?
Yes, all orders are 'pending' until payment has been made. You can make payments in the restaurant. Once payment has been made your order status is 'confirmed'.
When will my order be ready?
Our team will start to prepare your order once it is 'confirmed'. We will serve your order as soon as it is ready.
Do we charge service charge?
No. We are grateful for any tips you leave and it will be shared with everyone involved in preparing and serving your meal.
Management has the right to refuse entry or service. The authorities will be informed if there is any bullying or harressment to any member of our team.
