Rose & Champagnes

Rose wines compliment the more delicate dishes light our steamed Seabass or scallops.

Champagnes are the perfect choice if you are celebrating a special occasion.

White Wines

For highly spiced Szechuan dishes try Gewurztraminer, or 'spicy grape' as it literally means.

Other possibilities would be Chablis or Sauvignons.

The Cantonese Region is known as the area for Haute Cuisine. These dishes are more subtly seasoned, for best results try a Riesling.

Red Wines

With Peking Cuisine which often features heavier dishes such as duck or beef, try a Merlot. Our Red Burgundy would also go well with these foods.
