Chinese New Year Mixed Starters

Capital Spare Ribs, Traditional Bang Bang Chicken, Dumplings, Firecracker King Prawns, Marinated chicken skewers with satay sauce, Crispy Seaweed

Second course

Szechuan Crispy Aromatic Duck with pancakes, hoi sin sauce, cucumber and spring onions

Mains

Crispy Chicken breast in soya bean sauce
Sticky sweet piquant King prawns
Mixed Vegetables with Pak Choi in garlic and oyster sauce
Yeung Chow fried rice
For 4 or more people add
Chui Yim Pork fillets with peppercorn, salt, garlic and chilli
For 6 or more people add
Crispy beef in spicy sauce
